知名連鎖餐飲業者紅豆食府集團以精緻上海料理屹立台灣餐飲市場，近來因應南港車站店等新分店開幕，積極招募店長、副店長等職缺，其中，店長月薪新台幣4萬元起。

紅豆食府現在台擁有7家分店，不僅分店地點均鎖定台灣最熱鬧商圈，有別於過去給人頂級高檔中菜料理印象，近年也進軍量販市場，同時在網路販售伴手禮盒等，企圖開拓不同消費客層，積極擴大餐飲版圖。

紅豆食府人資部門表示，由於店長、副店長負責店務管理、客戶溝通等工作，人才需求條件要比一般餐飲服務人員來得高，須具有餐飲管理相關經驗3年以上者，最好能具備基礎外語溝通能力；而由於各家分店經營模式各不相同，人員經錄取後，還將給予教育訓練。

在薪資待遇部分，店長職務除月薪40K起，每月另視業績成果發放獎金；副店長月薪則介於新台幣3萬2000元至3萬5000元，依個人學、經歷不同而有所差別。更多紅豆食府徵才資訊請上1111人力銀行。2014/07/07
