Sony鼓勵員工提早退休

日本時報8日報導，消息人士透露，自8月起，Sony將鼓勵東京總部企業規劃與財務部門的員工申請提早退休，以加速整頓並削減成本。

這項計畫是今年2月Sony宣布的改革計畫中的一環，該計畫包括在今年度（至2015年3月底）結束之前，在國內裁減1,500個工作。

Sony也計劃同一時期在海外裁減大約3,500個工作。

消息人士透露，凡是在Sony任職至少十年、年齡在40歲以上者，都可申請提早退休；擔任管理職務者，必須年滿45歲才能提出申請。在流通與採購單位服務的員工，或許也適用於這項計畫。

申請案受理至10月底止，Sony並未訂定初步的人數目標。

消息人士表示，對於申請提早退休者，Sony計劃提高退休金給付，實際金額視服務年資的長短與職位而定，同時也會協助他們尋找新的工作。
