日3大銀行擬加薪 19年首見

日本三菱東京日聯、三井住友銀行正與工會協商，考慮提高員工基本薪資。瑞穗銀行已初步決定要調高基本薪資，3大銀行若同步調薪，將是19年來首見。

三菱東京日聯、三井住友銀行的工會初步決定將要求調高基本薪資約0.5%。資方於本月下旬收到工會的正式要求之後，會做出最後決定。

三井住友銀行的控股公司三井住友金融集團（SMFG）預估，2013年度（至2014年3月底為止的會計年度）獲利將創新高。

日本大型銀行業績改善，加上日本產業界紛紛調高基本薪資，因此大銀行也考慮跟進。
