基本上,房子過剩,租屋是有很多可以選,
所以無特殊性的房子租金很難上漲,
房東要漲價那就換一間租就是了,
住久了甚至還可以跟房東議價少收一點,
因為房東們都知道,空置1,2個月沒租出去比漲哪一點點租金的損失可是多得多,
不過這僅指個別房東想偷漲價的情況.

若是因所有房東的房屋持有成本全部提高一點點而支出的費用,
房東們有合理的解釋調漲的理由,
恐怕就會有聯合漲價的情況出現了,
這時候吃虧的還是被轉嫁費用的租屋族.
