堂兄弟準備上山打獵 擦槍誤擊堂兄亡

苗栗縣南庄鄉東河村一對風姓堂兄弟，今天凌晨一點多兩人酒後，堂兄（62歲）提議到附近山林打獵，兩人在門口準備器具要出門時，堂弟（42歲）協助查看、整理堂兄的土製長槍，卻不慎拉動板機誤擊，子彈貫穿堂兄頭部，送醫不治。

誤殺堂兄的風男事後相當懊悔，家屬則低調不願多談，警方訊後將他依過失致死罪嫌及違反槍砲彈藥管制條例送辦。
