標題[閒聊] 總算感受到好的服務業品質

不知道有沒有看過謝忠道的《慢食》一書，裡面幾篇提到久居巴黎的他，在台北餐廳覺得感受到的服務態度好差，我整個大翻白眼，想說請你來高雄看看好嗎 不是要戰職業或者耍大爺，只是之前消費印象沒幾次好的… 昨天意外在新光三越左營店感受到了！！！我和媽媽抱著小孩本打算輪流吃飯，但餐點同時好了，向美食街的服務人員詢問是否有餐椅，她不但告知在哪，還打算幫我拿！但她也建議寶寶還小是否去服務台借推車比較適合，也明確告知服務台的位置。服務台的小姐正好在回答一個年輕人的問題：年輕人問哪裡有賣手機？小姐回答fnac有賣XX牌和XX牌手機；如果要XX牌子可以去另外的櫃位買。而我借嬰兒推車，只要留姓名電話，拿身分證讓她確認即可，不用壓證件；而且登記姓名電話的本子還細心用紙遮住前面借的人的資料。結帳時，小姐貼心詢問是否有開車，滿五百刷三越 卡可免費停車兩小時。停車場守衛都認真指揮，不像其他百貨即便有指揮人員也只是隨手亂揮。 其實這樣我從頭到尾感受下來真是覺得很貼心，日系百貨真的很注重小細節，其實我很怕那種大大笑容裝熟的服務人員，當然也討厭屎臉的，這樣提供應有的服務就剛剛好了 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.187.35
