台南‧東區 劉麻辣世家 劉子瑋 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/101259943 地址：台南市東區慶東街70號 GPS：120.12.58 22.59.13 營業時間：17:00-02:00 電話：06-2745438 消費時間：2013.10 價目表：店閱 位於慶東街上的劉麻辣世家，算是蠻特別的店， 因為一般做鍋物的餐飲較少會把店開在門前路不大條的街上， 更早前還有崇善店。 店內一、二樓都有座位，裡面氣氛帶有中式古典，個人蠻喜歡的， 整體顯的優雅但不會過於矯揉造作，一邊的牆上有書法掛飾，寫的是蘇東坡的水調歌頭。 鍋的話有麻辣跟鴛鴦可選，4人以上起鍋$400，3人內起鍋是$300， 基本鍋底就豆腐跟鴨血，給的量不少，建議先吃，不夠再加點即可。 其他的配料點了沙朗牛肉$200、牛肚$200、花枝漿$80 老油條$60、秀針菇$80、推薦好吃必點的豬油拌飯$20 手工魚餃$100及一瓶酸梅汁$40，劉家的蔥是自切的，細如髮絲， 加上醋後搭配鍋物蘸食很足味，有不少人還會特地外帶。 劉家的鍋底湯喝來有藥膳的感覺，入喉生津，溫爽而不帶麻嗆感， 湯頭熬的有自家特色，以吃過的經驗來說，個人建議嗜辣者點中辣以上才會有fu。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.142.42
