這件事會觸犯哪些法律?

事情是這樣的
我有在玩某知名的手機遊戲，也有到一些討論遊戲的網站觀看其他人的攻略、文章等等的
但由於該遊戲的資訊眾多，搜索資料不易，故某熱心玩家(以下稱玩家A)時常整理關卡資訊，以幫助其他網友

以下重點！

在五月的時候，管理討論版的副版主(以下簡稱副版B)為了製作討論集中區，寄信詢問了玩家A能否複製某段言論，並於信中承諾會附上來源，而玩家A也同意了

然而到了八月的時候，副版B無預警的複製了玩家A的言論，且無附上來源，因此玩家A用該篇文章做為證據向網站的官方投訴

但副版B卻向官方釋出五月時的信件，而官方則以偽證及誣告，給予玩家A最嚴重的懲罰：玩家A的帳號將永遠無法在該網站發表任何文章，其他網友亦無法從該帳號獲得任何資訊

以上這個事件，副版B及官方有犯任何法律嗎?
