各位大大好~
前天早上上班路途中，我與我前方一台機車直線行駛(我也是機車)，看到紅綠燈變黃燈(快接近紅燈)，我與前方機車繼續直行，路旁有台機車要左轉，紅綠燈號誌尚未變左轉指示燈時，旁邊機車未注意後方直行車就直接左轉撞到我前方直行機車，我見狀緊急煞車(那時他們已經撞倒了，我前方直行機車的人與機車未倒)，但因當時路面潮濕我煞車不及稍微擦撞上路旁要左轉的機車(人我沒撞到)，對方要求我賠償他們機車維修費一半，否則要對我與我前方機車人士提出傷害告訴)，我說等鑑定報告出來再來分析責任歸屬，對方堅持要趕快處理維修他機車費用，否則到時調解時，他要列出更多條件並且提出告訴。

請問他若提出告訴，我是否會受到懲罰?! 對方要我陪我說要等鑑定報告出來才討論，他說不管怎樣他人有受傷就可以對我與我前方騎士提出告訴，說我也有責任，100%會成功! 對於他一直強調要提出告訴，我覺得滿困擾的!
