強冠董事長葉文祥 收押禁見

屏東地檢署昨天(12日)下午傳嫌疑人強冠公司董事長葉文祥，晚間遭聲押，法官漏夜開羈押庭，凌晨3點半收押禁見。

檢方昨晚表示，檢察官傳喚強冠公司負責人葉文祥到庭訊問後，認為被告涉嫌詐欺以及違反食品安全衛生管理法，犯罪嫌疑重大，且有勾串證人、湮滅證據、逃亡之虞，向院方聲請羈押。
