看到這篇我忍不住想回文，其實我喝四物很久了.... 但因為不是很好喝 所以斷斷續續喝了幾年..... 但是這次我是很有毅力的喝了一年...來跟大家分享一下我的心路歷程~~ --------------------------------------------------------------------- 一開始其實我不是很愛四物的味道 也不愛喝這東西 尤其是純四物 但因為表姐夫是中醫師..在高雄好像很有名氣...偶爾他回鄉會讓他把把脈象 順便請教他女人變美的方法，例如解肥啊 變瘦 皮膚變好等等 減肥就不贅述...他只提到最簡單的就是喝四物...身體造血功能變好然後巴拉巴拉~~ 一大堆 總之我也記不起來...就是很好就是了 重點是他還說了一句話正中我的下懷 他說"一個女人喝四物持續十年，再與同學見面，整個狀態就會有很明顯的落差...." 於是我就開始了喝四物的歷程... 但是我必須強調 不是每個人都適合 所以我的四物是調整過藥方的... 有的人喝了會拉肚子，有的人會上火長痘子 所以要喝之前我建議請先把過脈，了解自己的體質再決定... 我一個月只有生理期當週不喝...一個月喝三週... 一帖中藥可以煎兩次...(剩下的 下午再分享，要吃飯了...) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.219.38 ※ 編輯: ViKi224 來自: 220.143.219.38 (10/26 11:59)
