標題[問題] 飯店業 人資的發展

最近有接到某五星飯店的人資職缺面試， 我本身有多益金色，私大法文系畢業，工作經驗一年 現職是在傳產業當業務助理(30K)，三節固定1K，年終固定1個月。 有想嘗試轉換不同的工作領域，所以有陸續在找工作，投了一些人資相關的職缺 很幸運有接到飯店業的面試通知，但其實我是比較想進入科技業當人資 可是非相關科系畢業，也沒有人資經驗，所以想來問看看大家 不曉得有沒有版上大大也是在飯店業當人資的 有大概google過，飯店業的起薪可能不高但不曉得人資這類的後勤單位 大概依我的條件會落在那裡...? 25K以下嗎? 飯店業因為工作性質的關係，是不是假日都很難休假(人資也是嗎?) 假日我有自己要進修的課程(這對我很重要，所以能周休是我的主要考量。) 想先從版上大概了解一下，再跟對方確認面試。 畢竟面試前先打了解一下飯店業部份的資訊， 若不太能配合到自己本身的進修規劃的話，那面試有幸錄取，到時候也是推掉>_※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.14.95
