Seagate 3.5吋外接硬碟 斷線問題

最近新購入一顆3.5吋的外接硬碟
Seagate Backup Plus 3TB

傳輸時是接在機殼後方的USB 3.0
但把電影放過去後 大概看了40~60分鐘
USB就會自己斷線再自己馬上連線
影片就會馬上當住

怕常常這樣硬碟會不會容易壞掉?

有什麼方法可以調整 或是外接硬碟就是會有這種問題發生呢?

我的電腦配備為
CPU i5-3470
主機板 技嘉h77-ds3h
win 7
