蘇力颱風帶來大雨　南投中潭公路成河流

【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣整夜風強雨大，到處可見樹林倒塌情形，大雨持續至今日上午，致中潭公路沿途多處路面積水像河流，牛耳石雕藝術度假村下方，一度有一輛小貨車受困在水中，南村里、桃米里等路段發現小規模土石流。
