小公司有優點因為人少所以什麼事情都需要做所以能力進步得很快而且上面都沒人很容易升遷但是小公司制度不完善雖然賺錢但是難保突然間倒閉或是繼續待著等到年紀越大然後薪水越高的時候小老闆上台為了節省工資把你開除不知道各位前輩有沒有人是在傳產小公司一待就超過二十年的? 那小公司到底能否一直做到退休呢 -- 什麼是笨？老是用同樣的方法卻期待會有不一樣的結果這就是笨 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 121.12.129.90
