哺乳媽媽遭驅離 北市衛生局開罰

又有媽媽在公共場所哺乳被驅離。北市衛生局今天公布3件因驅離或妨礙婦女於公共場所哺餵母乳案件，其中，故宮2件，大直美麗華美食街HOJA餐廳被裁罰1件，3案例都被依公共場所母乳哺育條例各處6000元。

北市衛生局健康管理處處長林莉茹表示，故宮去年發生楊姓工作人員因為驅趕哺乳媽媽被投訴，楊姓員工不服提起行政訴訟敗訴，因而被依法裁罰6000元，成為裁罰首例。

故宮因這起案件被列2件裁罰，是因為分別裁罰「行為人」和「雇主」，因此，楊姓工作人員和當時故宮院長周功鑫分別都被罰6000元。

另外，美麗華美食街HOJA 餐廳今年4月份也被哺乳媽媽投訴驅趕哺乳媽媽，成為全國開罰第2例。
