戴奧辛鴨1隻超標 同批1400隻

食藥署今年7月驗出1隻鴨含有超量戴奧辛，同批鴨有1400隻，衛福部食藥署、環保署、農委會三部會追查鴨場、飼料及禽肉都正常，認定是單一偶發。

衛福部食藥署副署長姜郁美、環保署環境衛生及毒物管理處副處長陳淑玲、農委會畜牧處副處長朱慶誠、成功大學環境醫學研究主任李俊璋今天召開記者會，說明今年7月南部市場檢驗1隻鴨子戴奧辛超標的後續處理。

姜郁美說，這批鴨當天同批出貨1400隻，從鴨肉攤商的固定貨源查到8個飼養場做移動管制未再供應鴨肉。陳淑玲、朱慶誠也說，鴨場環境檢體、飼料檢體的戴奧辛的檢出值都符合標準。
