新鮮人平均起薪　10年只增加601元

據勞動部最新調查指出，大專以上社會新鮮人的起薪平均2萬6460元，10年來僅增601元，導致易因多個數千元而跳槽。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，104資訊科技的資料庫統計，從2000年網路泡沫期間，大學新鮮人的平均月薪為高峰期約3萬5000元，之後一路走低；2008年金融海嘯降到2萬9000元，目前停留在3萬元出頭。

104公共事務部表示，當都會區的生活壓力提高，多個幾千元就會變成年輕世代換工作、跳槽的主因。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
