高雄氣爆案 將有3位監委提調查

高雄氣爆事件，造成重大傷亡。新科監委陳慶財表示，監察院上任12天遲未出手展開調查，主要是在斟酌目前豪雨未過，申請自動調查，可能影響救災的進行。因此，將在豪雨過後，2、3天內提出自動調查，追究公務員的行政疏失，以回應社會的期待。

監察院內部最近頻頻討論此一重大事件，但由誰調查，或是否逾越法律上的「事後監督」等，都在審慎考量。由於有多位監委想調查此案，因此，監察院依慣例由區域巡察監委為優先，目前區域巡察監委已排定，預定由監委陳慶財、蔡培村及李月德等3人組專案小組，本周內正式提出自動調查案。
