23歲媽育有一子　遭選美大會取消資格

英國德比郡一名年輕媽媽，先前報名參加英格蘭小姐選美，大會接受報名後，但得知她育有一名孩子後即取消她的參賽資格。

23歲的泰勒（Danielle Tyler）育有一名3歲女兒，她報名後兩星期後收到大會電郵，告知她選美「零孩子」政策，取消她的參賽權，泰勒對此感到相當憤怒，認為媽媽也可以與其他女子一樣追尋希望、夢想和成就。

英格蘭小姐的大會總監辯稱，有關規定是為了確保參賽者勝出後，可以充分擔當英格蘭小姐的工作，而不會忽略自己的孩子，如果讓母親成為英格蘭小姐，將無法兼顧照顧小孩的責任。（國際中心╱綜合外電報導）
