技術員26K 仍找不到人〔記者洪友芳／新竹報導〕封測業進入「普天同慶」的榮景，生產線人力需求緊俏，廠商表示，生產線技術員實質薪資至少26K（2萬6000元），但還招募不到目標數，找不到人成為封測業頭痛的問題。封測市況需求旺，一線大廠日月光（2311）、矽品（2325）產能吃緊，吃不下的訂單流到二線廠，包括京元電（2449）、欣銓（3264）等，今年營運都樂觀成長，連一些不知名未上市上櫃封測廠也產能滿載。因上游晶圓代工近期頻見交貨延遲，封測廠不得不加班趕工，生產線人力需求緊俏，京元電董事長李金恭表示，今年該公司有銅鑼新廠加入生產，需增加500名人力，但還缺100人，目前該公司生產線技術員實質薪資含獎金、津貼、加班費，至少26K，但現在畢業生選擇工作機會多，不一定願意到封測廠。京元電為了滿足生產線需要，只好從建教合作尋找，預計6月中將有亞太技術學院35名學生加入，同時，透過員工介紹暑期工讀生約100人。 http://news.ltn.com.tw/news/business/paper/787211 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.39.38.81 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402703254.A.684.html
