柯文哲海選計畫 不會主動邀帆廷

台大醫師柯文哲上午舉行青年海選計劃公布記者會，媒體一再詢問是否邀太陽花學運領袖林飛帆、陳為廷等人，柯文哲說，海選計劃基本精神是主動，他歡迎學運世代主動來參與，海選計劃不會以主動邀請方式，也不會主動邀請任何人。
