知識問題|

想請問各位大大，今天要充電時發現無法充電而且是顯示放電中，我是使用USB線連接電腦充電，且覺得手機好像也沒有連接到電腦，USB的線是行動電源的線，並不是原廠的線，在這之前是都可以充的，只是今天卻不知道為何顯示放電中，請各位大大幫我解答，是否手機有問題，還是電腦呢??謝謝!!
