要家屬「做好心理準備」 馬航人員遭嗆

9日上午9時50分，馬航人員在北京麗都飯向失聯班機乘客的家屬表示，已經30小時沒消息了訊，「請在場的家屬朋友們做好心理準備。」話到此處，人群外一個抽泣的女聲清晰傳來，「你們為什麼過了5個小時才搜救！為什麼沒有及時調查！」

現場質問聲此起彼伏，有家屬向馬航人員丟擲礦泉水瓶，大部分家屬失聲痛哭，有家屬昏倒正在搶救。
