曾大仁「橘逾淮而枳」的效應嗎?

高公局長曾大仁是國內橋樑專家之一，從接任負責闢建雪隧的國工局三區處處長後仕途開始順遂，不到10年，由處長一路攀升至國工局局長，即便曾因北二高防水膜工程、雪隧未依法與包商解約兩起弊案遭起訴，最後也都無罪定讞，至今仍身兼高公局、國工局兩局局長。

►接手高公局不到4年，國道兩度走山、五楊高架通車四個月就出現裂縫，烏煙瘴氣的ＥＴＣ，更搞得人仰馬翻。

►曾大仁是民進黨執政「雪隧英雄」中目前職務最高者，台大土木系畢業的他，靠雪隧就足以躋身「傑出校友」。但ＥＴＣ讓他吃足苦頭、計程收費規劃免費里程，就遭台大學者怒轟：「台大沒把學生教好！」曾帶領部屬與眾多工程師艱辛闖過雪隧四稜砂岩岩盤的他，在ＥＴＣ上，確實踢到大鐵板。
