國台辦：服貿若沒實施 受損是台灣民眾

針對服貿協議審查將延至明年三月，大陸國台辦發言人范麗青上午表示，服貿協議有利兩岸經濟合作，有利台灣的經濟發展。如果不能生效實施，不利兩岸經濟深化合作，受損的是台灣的業界和民眾。
