撒萬元搶票　超商竟要求重買

【李定宇╱新北報導】韓國音樂劇《Summer Snow夏之雪》下月來台公演，由韓國天團Super Junior成員晟敏擔綱演出，新北市一名女粉絲大前天在售票首日，到7-ELEVEn以ibon買到第一排位置兩張票，不料7-ELEVEn搞錯售票日期要求退票，女粉絲憤而向消保官申訴；消保官強調，業者不得擅自更改售票時間，該女購得的是有效票，可入場觀賞。
 
消保官：仍然有效
韓國音樂劇《Summer Snow夏之雪》改編日本電視劇「Summer Snow」，在日本東京、大阪公演獲廣大迴響，下月將於台北國父紀念館舉辦公演，藉由晟敏演出吸引目光。
郭姓女粉絲獲知大前天開始售票，她當天就到7-ELEVEn的ibon機台購買第一排、票價五千元的票券兩張，不久業者卻打電話告知要求退票，明天須重新購買，她不滿拒絕憤而向消保官申訴。
新北市消保官李大鵬表示，郭女提供二十二日開賣的網路畫面佐證，當天也透過ibon機台成功購票，該票具完全法律上效力，不容業者說「弄錯了」，就抹滅其權益，業者無權阻止郭女持票進場。
