已婚師與男大生嘿咻　被捉姦在床辯「吃粽」

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】已被解聘的宜蘭蘭陽技術學院曾姓體育女老師（39歲），日前約1名同校的沈姓男大學生（22歲）在住處「嘿咻」，被曾女丈夫會同親友捉姦在床，拍下2人窘態提告。但2人否認性交，辯稱只有「吃粽子及看DVD聊天」，法官檢視錄影帶，認為2人同處一床，男的全裸、女的下半身赤裸，還有男跨騎女的畫面，不可能只有「關燈純聊天」，今天依通姦等罪予以判刑。
 
曾女被依通姦罪判處4月徒刑，另被抓姦時打傷丈夫犯行，被依傷害罪判處2月徒刑，合併應執行5月徒刑，得易科罰金15萬元。已在今年暑假畢業的沈男（22歲），被依相姦罪判處3月徒刑、得易科罰金9萬元。
 
蘭陽技術學院教務長周旻德表示，案發後校方召開性評會，已對曾女做出停聘處分，並報請教育部核定。
