國軍高醫左營分院有創意　走樓梯健康兼賞彩繪

（軍聞社記者姜大宇高雄三日電）國軍高雄總醫院左營分院藉由樓梯美化帶動職場員工爬樓梯意願、改變坐式生活型態並提升運動風氣，今日榮獲衛生福利部國民健康署頒發「102年全國職場樓梯美化創意競賽」佳作獎。

　左營分院自民國99年通過世界衛生組織認證為「健康促進醫院暨服務機構」，即致力於創造優質健康就醫環境，在醫療大樓大廳設置「健康生活館」，並於101年以「快樂運動、健康飲食、節能減碳」為主題，自中央樓梯地下1樓至地上9樓間牆面予以彩繪，同時配合該院院慶辦理「步步高升」登階活動，使同仁藉由活動進而培養運動風氣。

　今年該院持續配合國民健康署推動「健康102，邀您愛健康」政策，鼓勵同仁、病患及家屬以爬樓梯取代搭電梯，推廣健康理念。

　值得一提的是，該院樓梯每一樓層彩繪內容皆不同，且於電梯與樓梯出入口張貼「爬樓梯有益健康」、「如何計算BMI值」等海報，不但引發大家高度興趣、關心自身體態，同時宣導多走樓梯不僅節約能源，還能增進健康。
