烏克蘭局勢仍緊張　萬人包圍政府大樓

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】烏克蘭首都基輔昨天(1日)爆發35萬人上街，與警方激烈衝突後，今天又接著進行全國大罷工，國際媒體紛紛稱此次示威活動為烏克蘭繼2004年「橙色革命」(Orange Revolution)之後的「二次革命」，民眾要癱瘓政府運作，逼迫對俄羅斯妥協、阻撓加入歐盟進城的總統亞努科維奇(Viktor Yanukovich)下台，提早進行改選。

昨晚約有1萬名示威者通宵死守在獨立廣場，並守住佔領的市政廳，金天繼續包圍政府總部大樓，並在四周道路放置垃圾桶、金屬罐、花盆擋路，阻止公務員上班。這次反政府示威的幕後推手，就是九年前「橙色革命」發起人之一的盧岑科(Yuri V. Lutsenko)，他日前在獨立廣場上揚言：「政府聽好了：這不是示威；這是革命！」他希望有更多執政黨議員倒戈，「若這股勢力能持續一星期，我們在國會就是大多數，可提早進行大選。」
