勞委會主委潘世偉今(25)日在立院說明回應立委提案勞退、勞退基金等部分條例修正草案。在雇主未依法提勞工退休金限制出境、禁奢的修法方向，他回應說，支持，並在勞基法、大量解僱勞工保護法配套措施一併考量。

國民黨立委羅淑蕾等提案勞退50條之1等修正擬明定企業主有漏逃或未依法提列勞工退休金應比照「欠稅」催收，依據50萬、100萬等未提撥額度強制違法者限制出境。

隨後，立委王育敏質詢潘世偉說，目前約160萬餘名適用舊制勞退勞工、其雇主有4成未提退休金，勞委會應有強制作為，包含搭配禁奢、限制出境增加雇主壓力的行政手段。

潘世偉回應，支持這個修法方向。目前勞退新制提撥退休金比率已達約99.75%，至於舊制部分，需要在勞基法一併考量，並適當配套，另有大量解僱勞工保護法也有相應措施。
