大統賣假油　彰化縣府聲請假扣押遭駁回

【許淑惠／台中報導】針對大統假油案，彰化縣政府以《違反食品衛生管理法》對大統長基公司處罰2860萬元罰鍰後，日前為防止業者藏匿或移轉財產，逃避強制執行，進一步向台中高等行政法院聲請假扣押大統資產。

不過 ，今天下午台中高分院將裁定駁回假扣押聲請，指彰化縣政府已經開具行政處分裁罰書，取得公法上執行名義，可以直接透過行政執行署強制執行，沒有另行保全強制執行的必要，不必再向行政法院聲請假扣押。
