如題，我母親在我年幼時就與父親離婚。
她與他人共組家庭，但據我所知她並沒有跟對方結婚，但有再生一女兒（我同母異父的妹妹）

幾十年來她並沒有主動要與我有聯繫，但我曾去探望過她幾次。

我還有一個跟我同母同父的哥哥。

當初我父母的離婚協議，我的監護權是歸我母親。

想請問如果哪天我母親過世，她的財產或是負債會不會直接由我哥哥或我繼承，
又如果我跟我哥哥不想繼承又該怎麼做預防性的處理？
畢竟幾十年來感情也淡了，不管是財產或是負債我真的不想牽涉其中...
