中美晶擬以購併方式　朝模組廠發展

【楊喻斐／台北報導】繼太陽能矽晶圓廠綠能（3519）展開垂直整合投資模組廠，中美晶（5483）總經理徐秀蘭透露，在擁有矽晶圓、電池等產品後，接下來的確考慮往更下游的模組廠發展，不排除以購併方式進行。徐秀蘭說，太陽能產業近年來能賺錢就是垂直整合大廠，例如日本夏普（SHARP）。

綠能總經理林士源表示，為積極尋求出海口，除成功與歐美日國際電池大廠合作之外，並於今年7月新增投資下游模組廠知光能源，透過搭配綠能本身的高階品牌，逐漸產生垂直效益，並將更深入終端市場，即時回饋末端需求。
