某四川的火鍋店薪水當初是說 22500+2000(全勤)+大約兩千(伙食津貼) 總總約2萬六左右 不過上班是從下午五點到凌晨兩點 這樣薪水結構上算正常?(有跨夜的部分) 瞞奇怪的是 當初面試時是說休息一小時 可是打回去詢問時 變成休息半小時 這樣不就變成0.5小時要用1.33的方式計算 (109x8x24)+(109x1.33x0.5x24) =20928+1740 =22668 是這樣算嗎m(_ _)m? -- 你爽完隔天不要後悔 我好想跟克子一起爽 　 ( ′_ゝ`)　　　 　(ﾟ∀ﾟ　)※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.132.2
