直銷契約退貨問題

星期六晚上去跟一個好朋友吃飯
(非常好的)
當然會聊到工作相關問題

他說他在賣生前契約的,想當然他就一直兔苦水要我幫幫他

價值大概20幾萬左右

我很難拒絕,畢竟之前好到可以當親兄弟了

所以我當下就有簽約了,可是20幾萬我當然拿不出來

他說可以分期,叫我用信用卡

不過我沒信用卡所以只好改成存簿

當然該簽名的簽了.雙證件也影印了

還有付訂金3千塊

不過還缺存摺影印,還有勞保證明(名稱有點忘了)

而我回家後越想越不對勁,就上網查和共同朋友的告知,他這個有點像老鼠會

所以今天早上跟他聯絡(因為我的身分證在他那邊),說後續事項該者麼處理

當然我沒打算把存摺影應印本交給他,我只想拿回我的身分證

如果我只拿回我的身分證,其它不理會有什麼結果嗎??

而我的身分證在他那邊一個晚上會怎樣嗎(假日時間)??

拜託一下解答我的疑問謝謝!!
