「孩子關要關在台灣，死也要死在台灣！」高齡78歲李伯伯哽咽說，《跨國移交受刑人法》今年7月底實施，孩子想返台服監，行政程序卻困難重重，他自己年事已高，無法承受兩岸奔波之苦，盼法務部協助。法務部說，將盡力協助，也考慮把重刑犯優先接返。
