台北市日前飆攝氏39.3度高溫，行政院長江宜樺評估「高溫假」。人事行政總處16日開會沒有具體結論，須再研議。

人士總處邀集了法律、醫學方面專家，以及氣象局、勞委會等相關機關，針對政府機關高溫期間人員出勤原則交換意見。

副人事長張念中說，「高溫」難以定義，在國際案例上，只有少數國家如中東巴林王國，規定50度放高溫假，但從未達到標準而實施。

但有彈性實施的個案，張念中說，如伊朗雖無規範，但民國99年7月曾出現近50度高溫，宣布停班停課；底特律今年出現38.9度高溫，也有15所學校停止上課。

今日會議僅達成共識，在必要情況下，雇主應對暴露在高溫環境中的工作人員，提供必要的防護措施。
