員警巡邏先逮偷車賊今再破水溝蓋大盜

37歲的楊姓男子，涉嫌從7月下旬起，陸續以偷來的機車，偷走嘉義縣立棒球場西側多個水溝蓋，造成路上坑坑洞洞，有人不慎摔傷，還有路邊停車的民眾備卡住。警方加強巡邏，今天在太保市安仁里祥和東路三段和楊嫌擦身而過，察覺他行跡可疑攔查，發現楊男騎乘的是贓車；經警詢問，楊男坦承竊盜該車，並利用該車到棒球場竊取水溝蓋變賣，被警方依竊盜罪嫌移送嘉義地檢署。
