102年8月12日要領薪水計算方式這樣對嗎

102年7月29日到職上班一天上班9小時~ 老闆沒有幫我投保說8月1號才算正職員工才能加保

!!到了8月1日說要算7月份3天的薪水給我
計算方式:20000*30X3天=2000(一天9小時*666=74元)
這樣對嗎?以時薪計算不是要109元嗎?
老闆這樣算法~我時薪才74元
跟老闆溝通後!!他叫我不要做了!!8月12號去跟他領薪水
計算方式要怎樣算才正確~~
