請問監護權在我,若我要帶回小孩但是對方不給我帶回時,我能夠做何處理?
1.對方說小孩不在,連小孩都沒見著,我該如何處理?
2.有見到小孩,但是不給我帶回,我又該如何處理?
3.此兩種情形對方是否觸犯何種刑法,如妨礙自由,強制罪.......等等
