楊念祖 周四立院報告洪仲丘案

國防部長高華柱今天與軍政副部長楊念祖辦理交接，楊念祖明天正式上任後「首戰」，將是赴立法院針對洪仲丘案進行專案報告並備質詢。國防部正急於評估副部長遺缺繼任人選，希望挑出讓外界「耳目一新」的人選。據了解，高華柱四年部長任內，從未如外界所傳被馬總統徵詢出任國安會秘書長或大使，因此後續動向未定。
