白狼回台歸案「用書遮手銬」　曾勇夫「警方執行問題」

【胡守得／台北報導】「白狼」張安樂返台投案，涉有談條件及全程技巧性用書遮手銬，法務部長曾勇夫說，「白狼回台完全沒談條件，以書遮手銬這是警方執行的問題」。
 
曾勇夫表示，負責執行的台北地檢署告訴他，白狼回台投案依法執行，北檢也要求對白狼上手銬；白狼共涉及詐欺取財罪、組織犯罪條例及偽造有價證券等3罪，其中詐欺取財罪時效已完成，北檢認為白狼沒有逃亡之虞、所犯非重罪，諭知100萬元交保，尊重北檢的處理。
