日安，這是小妹第一次發文，請多指教。 (文長，感謝耐心看完) 事情是這樣的，父親工作的診所於近日公告了這項新的請假規定(見圖)。 (一張是手寫稿，一張是以標準格式公告的紙本) (手寫稿) 圖片網址：http://imgur.com/DZlcNaF,EoI3jI1 (公告版) 圖片網址：http://imgur.com/i08nzEM 請容我再解釋一下： 父親所工作的診所是沒有底薪的，他是擔任推拿的師傅， 一個人頭50元(記得好像診所還要從50元抽成，但這點我 尚不確定，在此以治療每位病人後自己可實拿50元來論)。 而新的請假規定，是要求員工在請假時從上面兩個方案2選一。 第一個方案就是一定要找到人來代班，不管是誰都可以(別家診所師傅、親朋好友...)， 而這個代班師傅的薪水，將由請假者支付(月底會薪水裡扣除)。 父親日常上班有三個班別， 依據診所規定， 代班早班，給500 代班中班，給500 代班晚班，給1000 父親平時為了多賺點錢，所以上班3個班別，早上8點到晚上10點半。 也就是說，依照新的規定，請假當天，沒有全勤就罷了，還要自己倒 賠2000元。 關於第二個方案則是，請假的那一天，如果病患的回診率沒有8成，就 要禁排一星期的初診病患，沒有7成則禁排兩個星期....以此類推。 舉例：平時父親有上班時，每天診所有10個病人會來找他推拿。 (數據是假定的，實際大概數量我不是很清楚) 某日因為有重要的事情，請了假。而那天父親平時固定的病人只來了 6個，也就是說，當日父親所持有的病患，只有6成回診率。 那麼就是不到7成的回診率，必須禁排兩個星期的初診。 真的覺得這很不合理，病患有沒有持續回診，來診所做推拿，並不是由 師傅決定的，每個人可能都有不同的原因，所以沒有每天定時報到。倘 若請假的那天剛好下大雨，很多年紀大或是行動不便的病患便不會出門 到診所執行推拿，那這些“沒賺到的業績”，都會變相處罰在當天請假者 身上。 父親上周因為帶阿嬤去大醫院看病，所以請了一天假，請假的那天(據 診所自己說)，病患的回診率只有5成，所以父親就這樣被禁排初診病 患1個月。(為另一個選擇是要扣2000 = =) 更進一步的說，就是他幾乎被強迫要坐冷板凳，因為並不是每個病患每 天都會很固定的去診所推拿，扣除初診的病人，一天下來可能不到 500、600元。 之前這間診所是沒有這樣的規定，但診所負責人因為“只要有一名師父 請假，當天業績就會下滑，那些下滑沒賺到的錢，就算是診所的損失”， 因此訂立了新的規定，要把“那天沒有賺到的錢”，變相要求員工支付。 請問這樣合理嗎？ 我真的覺得很不合理， 請問這該如何跟勞工局申訴？ 要準備那些文件？ 請不要說“再找別的工作就好”，因為父親也有年紀了，要找新的單位其 實相當有難度。 除了家裡開銷之外，現在阿嬤正需要龐大的醫療，所以工作不能斷。另 一方面，難道我們勞工就只能默默接受這種不合理的規定，不然就是離 職嗎？ 難道不能爭取應有的權益？ 不然走到哪都會有一些荒謬的規定阿。 感激不盡！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.164.224.243 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410845829.A.058.html

（中央社巴黎/倫敦17日綜合外電報導）研究今天指出，號稱對健康有益的人工甘味劑，實際上可能增加罹患葡萄糖耐受不良症的風險，這是糖尿病的風險因子，研究呼籲應該重新考慮其廣泛使用和宣傳。

研究共同主持人、以色列魏茲曼科學研究院（Weizmann Institute of Science）的艾里那夫（EranElinav）說：「我們研究發現，代糖可能促進或導致血糖濃度上升，這和我們通常想藉攝取代糖來避免的情況非常相同。」

代糖也稱無卡人工甘味劑（NAS），添加在無糖汽水、早餐乾穀片和甜點，讓擔心體重增加與吃太多糖的人趨之若?。

有些專家也建議成人型糖尿病患、以及血糖較高，也就是葡萄糖耐受不良的糖尿病前期症狀的人使用代糖。代糖會使舌頭感受甜度，但是分子通過消化道時不會被吸收，因此和糖不一樣的是，幾乎不會增加熱量。

但是這篇發表在「自然」（Nature）期刊的研究說，對實驗室老鼠和一小群人進行的實驗，發現代糖會影響腸道細菌的組成和功能，實際上會助長葡萄糖耐受不良。

根據路透社，未參與這份研究的營養與代謝專家表示，研究結果很有意思，但主要研究對象是老鼠，且研究還在非常初步的階段，不應該因此改變對於使用代糖的建議。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）1030918
