性侵還炫耀4P　繼母護女怒揪3惡狼

台東3名男子2011年7月間輪流性侵剛滿18歲女子，事後還到處炫耀玩4P，被害女繼母上門質問，3匹惡狼坦承，卻又在法庭上翻供；最高法院仍依加重強制性交罪判刑。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，被害女當時在姜男的租屋處喝酒，王男趁她酒醉性侵，她驚醒大叫反抗，羅男及姜男見狀還聯手性侵。事後到處炫耀與被害女玩4P，其繼母輾轉聽到，上門質問且錄下他們親口坦承犯行過程。

法院審理時，他們改口沒性侵，但合議庭採信影片及證人說法，認定3人犯行明確，成年的羅男、姜男各重判7年6月、7年4月徒刑定讞，王姓少年移送少年法庭審理。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
