HTC Butterfly s一直重開機...

今天到台灣大哥大續約申辦的HTC Butterfly s白色機一直重開機
而且重開機後又馬上關機
完全進不去系統只是一昧的重複這樣的動作
上網查卻沒有人發生過這樣的問題
有看到人家說按電源鍵與音量-可以進去選取FACTORY RESET來強制恢復原廠設定
按了之後用了約半個小時問題又跑出來了
打算明天要送HTC直營門市檢查
但又不知道會不會因為我按了電源鍵加音量-而保固不在
請問這是什麼問題呢怎麼解決呢？
還有這樣算人為故障導致保固不在嗎？

p.s 在門市時都是好的沒有出現此現象且也沒有摔機或碰到水
版本也都更新到最新
