我男友原本是證人庭但他都沒去後來轉被告
但他沒有販毒只是跟那些人走很近
所以通聯上有他的名子但只有兩個而已
然後有兩個人說他有賣但我男友沒有賣給他們
而且我男友根本就沒有這些東西= =
有一個監聽 聽到我男友說這裡有200元的毒品要嗎
對方說好 但我男朋友沒有拿給他
這樣去開庭會被收押嗎

只有通聯跟兩個證人會有事嗎?

我男友是被陷害的他都沒有給任何人毒品
