打word插入文字，沒按DEL就自動刪去後面文字，是誤觸什麼

有時候打word插入文字時，沒按「DEL」就會自動刪去後面的文字，是誤觸了什麼

才會這樣，怎麼修復？

如我打上：

今天天氣晴。(但想再“晴”前面插入“非常”)

但卻變：

今天天氣非常 (後面的晴被自動刪除了)

最後還得重開機才能回復。
